By entering into this membership agreement, visitors to the mksteknik.com website (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cSite\u201d) and\/or those who use the services provided through the Site shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions set forth below. Therefore, it is important to read the following terms and conditions before using the Site.<\/p>

1. Purpose of the Agreement:<\/strong><\/p>

This agreement has been entered into between Mehmet Emin Aklan (\u201cthe Company\u201d) and the \u201cMember\u201d for the purpose of governing the terms of use of the mksteknik.com website.<\/p>

2. Definitions:<\/strong><\/p>

Company:<\/strong> Mehmet Emin Aklan<\/p>

Member:<\/strong>\u00a0A natural person and\/or legal entity who has fully completed the information on the \"Sign Up\" page for the purpose of purchasing products and\/or services from the company.<\/p>

Membership Agreement:<\/strong> This is the agreement entered into electronically between the Company and individuals who purchase the products and\/or services sold by the Company through the mksteknik.com website.<\/p>

Personal Data:<\/strong> Any information collected for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, including the member\u2019s first and last name, identification information, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, IP address, visit logs, etc.<\/p>

3. General Provisions:<\/strong><\/p>

3.1. The Company may provide links to other websites and\/or other content to facilitate navigation for its Members. The Company assumes no responsibility for any websites and\/or content accessed through these links on the Site.<\/p>

3.2. The Company reserves the right to share its Members\u2019 personal data with the relevant official authorities as required by law, court orders, or requests from administrative authorities.<\/p>

3.3. The Company reserves the right to modify any information regarding products, services, promotions, etc., available on this Site, as well as the terms of use of the Site, without prior notice, and to modify, edit, suspend, or discontinue the Site and its content. All changes and amendments shall take effect upon publication on the Site. By using the Site or accessing it as of the effective date, you are deemed to have accepted these changes. These terms also apply to other websites linked to this Site. The Company assumes no liability for any tort, fault, negligence, interruption, deletion, loss, delays in communication, theft, unauthorized or improper access, computer viruses, or other technical malfunctions.<\/p>

3.4. The Company assumes no liability for any services or content provided by third parties on the Site. The accuracy and legality of such information and content are the sole responsibility of the relevant third parties. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of such information, services, or content.<\/p>

3.5. Members may conduct transactions on the Site for lawful purposes. Members acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible, both civilly and criminally, for all transactions they conduct, and undertake not to engage in any action that would infringe upon the rights of the Company and\/or third parties. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by third parties as a result of the Member\u2019s failure to comply with the obligations set forth in this section.<\/p>

3.6. During the registration process, the password is set solely by the Member. The Member is responsible for safeguarding their password. The Company is in no way liable for any problems arising from the use of the password, or for any material, non-material, direct, or indirect damages. The Member may change their password at any time via the \u201cPersonal Information\u201d section. The Member is personally responsible for any actions taken by entering their email address and password.<\/p>

3.7. The Member acknowledges that he or she is solely responsible for any damages incurred as a result of providing incomplete and\/or incorrect information when registering on the mksteknik.com website; in the event of providing incorrect and\/or incomplete information and\/or a breach of this Agreement by the Member, the Company may unilaterally terminate the Member\u2019s membership without any prior notice or warning.<\/p>

3.8. The Company may, at any time, temporarily suspend or completely halt the operation of the system due to updates, technical requirements, or any other reason. The Company shall have no liability to its members or third parties arising from the temporary suspension or complete cessation of the system.<\/p>

3.9. A Member may purchase goods and\/or services offered by the Company on the Site only if the price of the goods and\/or services has been paid, the goods and\/or services are in stock, and\/or the obligation to deliver the goods or services is enforceable. The Company shall bear no liability if the Member is unable to complete the purchase due to non-payment of the price, the relevant goods and\/or services not being in the Company\u2019s inventory, and\/or the obligation to deliver the goods or services being unenforceable.<\/p>

3.10. The Company regularly sends promotions and announcements to Members who check the box on the Site that reads, \u201cI agree to receive electronic commercial communications in accordance with the Privacy Notice.\u201d If a Member does not wish to receive emails regarding campaigns and announcements, they must click the \u201cUnsubscribe\u201d link included in the email sent to them.<\/p>

3.11. To cancel their membership, a member may do so by selecting \u201cDelete My Account\u201d on their profile.\u00a0<\/p>

3.12. All intellectual and property rights to the information, documents, software, designs, trademarks, logos, slogans, graphics, text, visuals, photographs, images, videos, website software, presentation, website design, etc., belong to the Company and\/or third parties from whom the Company has obtained a license. The Member agrees and undertakes not to copy, reproduce, publish, or market any works or content\u2014including, but not limited to, the intellectual property rights listed above\u2014that belong to the Company and\/or third parties from whom the Company has obtained a license.<\/p>

3.13. Membership on the mksteknik.com website is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.<\/p>

3.14. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from accessing the Site, using the information or programs contained therein, breach of this Agreement, or any other cause. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, including litigation costs and expenses, that may arise as a result of a Member\u2019s use of the Site pursuant to this Agreement.<\/p>

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:<\/strong><\/p>

4.1. In the event of any disputes arising in connection with this agreement, the provisions of this agreement shall apply first; in cases where no such provisions exist, Turkish laws (the Civil Code, the Commercial Code, the Code of Civil Procedure, the Family Code, and others) shall apply.<\/p>

4.2. The courts and enforcement offices of \u00c7a\u011flayan, Istanbul, shall have jurisdiction over the resolution of any and all disputes arising from the performance of this agreement.<\/p>

5. Effective Date:<\/strong><\/p>

This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is published by the Company on the Site. Members are deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement when they fill out the fields on the \u201cSign Up\u201d page and click the \u201cI have read and agree to the Membership Agreement\u201d button located at the bottom of the form. The Company may amend the terms of this Agreement at any time.
