Warranty Terms
Unless otherwise specified, all products are covered by the manufacturers’ warranties. To ensure the warranty terms are valid, you must inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and have an incident report drawn up. Modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or any alteration to the product’s original design are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Policy

Pursuant to the relevant Consumer Rights Regulation, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without providing any reason and without paying a penalty.

If you wish to return your order, you must click the link in the email automatically sent to your registered email address—which allows you to view the details of your order—and go to the Order Information page. On this page, you must click the "Return Order" button.

To return an order you placed without registering on the site, you can send an email to info@mksteknik.com to submit your return request.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must provide notice, and the product’s original packaging must be unopened and undamaged, the product must not have been assembled, and it must not have been used. Additionally, the return must be made with all documents and accessories included with the product, and the product must be complete and undamaged.

Notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent in writing to Mehmet Emin Aklan before the withdrawal period expires. The return notice is submitted by printing the invoice sent to you electronically and filling out the return section of the invoice. A copy of the completed form must be emailed to info@mksteknik.com. Additionally, the original invoice with the return section completed must be sent to Mehmet Emin Aklan, Attention: Accounting Department, with shipping costs to be borne by the recipient (Mehmet Emin Aklan, Cumhuriyet, Dr. Sadık Ahmet St. No. 92, D:1B, 34290, 34307 Küçükçekmece/Istanbul).

Once your return request has been received by Mehmet Emin Aklan, an authorized service provider designated by Mehmet Emin Aklan will be dispatched to your address. The authorized service provider will inspect the product to determine whether it has been used and whether the packaging has been damaged, and will accept the product by issuing a receipt.

Iyzico will process your refund request within 24 hours. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in the cardholder's account may vary depending on the bank.
