Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after bank approval is received. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from the Alarko Carrier Logistics Center, the shipping company will deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

In the event of a problem on our part, you will be notified using the contact information in your account. For this reason, it is important that your account information is complete and accurate. We do not make deliveries on holidays and public holidays.

All of the products you have selected will be delivered to you by our partner, Horoz Logistics, backed by the Alarko Carrier warranty.

You will be notified of the products you have purchased via a confirmation email. 

Upon delivery, the RECIPIENT shall sign the delivery receipt. By signing this delivery receipt, the BUYER or a person acting on the BUYER’s behalf will confirm that the product has been received in full, complete, and undamaged condition. No shipping or handling fees will be charged. These terms, including the price, are valid for 30 days from the order date.
