2M Multi Air Conditioner 2 Year Additional Warranty Package

An additional 2-year warranty for multi-split air conditioners with two indoor units that are less than 3 years old. The warranty terms applicable when you purchased your multi-split air conditioner will be extended by 2 years from the end of your current warranty period. For 2 years, free service will be provided under the original warranty terms for any defects in materials, workmanship, or installation.

• If your multi-split air conditioner malfunctions due to defects in materials, workmanship, or installation within the 2-year extended warranty period, service will be provided without charging for labor, replacement parts, or any other fees.
• The 2-year extended warranty period begins on the product’s warranty expiration date and lasts for 2 years.
• The 2-year extended warranty applies to 2 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit. Split-system air conditioners are excluded from coverage.
• To take advantage of the 2-year extended warranty, the payment must be collected by our authorized service center, and the extended warranty card issued must be kept for the duration of the warranty period.
• Failures resulting from use that violates the warranty terms outlined in your multi-split air conditioner’s user manual are excluded from the 2-year extended warranty coverage.
• To qualify for the 2-year extended warranty, your multi-split air conditioner must have been installed by our authorized service centers.
• General maintenance and inspection services are not covered by the 2-year extended warranty.
• The 2-year extended warranty is valid within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.
