3M Multi Air Conditioner 2 Maintenance + 2 Years Additional Warranty Package

Two general maintenance services will be performed on 3M multi-split air conditioners (excluding split-type air conditioners) that are up to 5 years old, starting from the invoice date. When the first general maintenance service is performed, a maintenance certificate will be issued, and the warranty terms you received when you purchased your multi-split air conditioner will be extended by 2 years from the end of your current warranty period or from the date you purchased this product. The second maintenance service will be performed 1 year after the date of the first service. For a period of 2 years, free service will be provided under the original warranty terms for any manufacturing, workmanship, or installation defects.

• If your multi-split air conditioner malfunctions due to defects in materials, workmanship, or installation within the 2-year extended warranty period, service will be provided without charging for labor, replacement parts, or any other fees.
• The 2-year extended warranty applies to 3 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit. Split-system air conditioners are excluded from coverage.
• To take advantage of the 2-year extended warranty, the payment must be collected by our authorized service center, and the extended warranty card issued must be kept for the duration of the warranty period.
• Failures resulting from use that violates the warranty terms outlined in your multi-split air conditioner’s user manual are excluded from the 2-year extended warranty coverage.
• To qualify for the 2-year extended warranty, your multi-split air conditioner must have been installed by our authorized service centers.
• General maintenance and inspection services are not covered by the 2-year extended warranty.
• The 2-year extended warranty is valid within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.

If the unit malfunctions, the customer should contact the nearest ALARKO CARRIER Service Center. The ALARKO CARRIER Service Center will diagnose the problem as soon as possible and resolve the issue.
